Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. A consultation is required before certain treatments to ensure suitability and safety.

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Course bookings for treatments such as laser hair removal are non-transferable and non-refundable once commenced.
